Welcome!! It’s the Advent Season and one my girls and I look forward to each year.
We are preparing our hearts for the Nativity and for Jesus’ return.
Over the years, we have done different things for Advent Sundays. We have made polymer clay candles, perler bead candles and real candles on a variety of wreath styles. It’s so much fun and I enjoy watching my girls create their Advent wreaths that this year I decided to make one too. And it’s made this yearly holiday tradition so much more special.
“It is the beautiful task of Advent to awaken in all of us memories of goodness and thus to open doors of hope.”
— Pope Benedict XVI
