These no-bake cookies are delicious!! Scrumptious bites filled with butterscotch and that peanut butter flavor without any nuts. The dried chow mein noodles add a crunch that make these no-bake cookies irresistible! And the chocolate eggs on top make them perfect for Easter!
Of course you can easily use any but it seed butter to change up the flavor!
Let’s get started!
Combine butterscotch chips, butter, and wow butter together. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir well.

Add half the mini marshmallows and stir.

These are the dry chow mein we use — the kind we’ve used since I was a child!!

Add dried chow mein noodles and remaining marshmallows.

Stir. Add more marshmallows or noodles if needed.

Scoop onto parchment.

Quickly place 3 chocolate eggs in the middle before the cookies set. Sprinkle with sprinkles if you like.

Let set several hours or overnight.

Store in airtight container.

These are delectable!! It’s so hard to stop at one! These freeze well also.

Crunchy Wow Butter Easter Nest No-Bake Cookies
For the eggs in the nest, we used Eggies chocolates.
For the nests:
1-1/2 cups butterscotch chips
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup wow butter or peanut butter or nut/seed butter of your choice
1-1/4 cups white mini marshmallows
1-1/4 cups chow mein noodles
Microwave butterscotch chips, butter, and wow butter for 1 minute. Stir and microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir. Add marshmallows. Stir well. Add chow mein noodles. Stir. Add more marshmallows or noodles if needed. Scoop onto parchment. Place 3 chocolate eggs in the middle. Let sit until set, several hours or overnight. Store in airtight container. These yummy bites freeze well.
