It’s Slow Cooker Sunday! Today’s meal I’m sharing with you is Pepper Steak. It’s absolutely delicious and a family favorite. It is also a great way to use a tougher cut of steak or even stew meat to make this yummy meal.
Pepper Steak sauce reminds me of a cross between teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour sauce with onions, garlic, steak and bell peppers.
Let’s get started!
Place cubed steak into slow cooker with a bit of salt and pepper, garlic and ginger. I am using top sirloin since I had it in the freezer and wanted to use it up.

Add peppers and onion.

Prepare sauce. Stir well. Pour over steak and vegetables.

Place lid on. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 6 hours.

Stir. This is just after two hours. Smells so good!

We serve the pepper steak over rice.

It’s so good!
