It’s Harvest Week so what better than to enjoy a fall time refresher!! This Sweet Tea Harvest Punch is delicious with a punch of cinnamon, zing of orange and crisp apple mixed with sweet tea. It’s so good!
And the honey adds a bit of sweetness, though I think next time I’d use maple syrup so it’s a bit more of a neutral flavor as the honey can be a bit overpowering. All in all, it’s a great fall time drink, especially when it’s hot out, though you can serve it warm. The longer you let it sit, the stronger the cinnamon.
Let’s get to it!
It’s quite easy! Toss in a pitcher a sliced apple and sliced orange along with a cinnamon stick. Add honey, orange juice and apple juice. We used fresh squeezed oranges and homemade crabapple juice.

Add brewed tea — we are using Earl Grey. Stir well

We are having this drink cold, but you can easily warm it up on the stove if you’d like a warm fall drink.

If you like more of a cinnamon taste, either heat it or let it steep overnight. You can also add some freshly grated nutmeg which would be yummy too.
