These chocolate spritz cookies are delicious! They’re crunchy and flaky and have lots of chocolate flavor. Make these cookies festive by sprinkling with holiday sprinkles or dipping in chocolate.
Let’s get started!
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.


Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

Add cocoa and salt and stir.

Add flour and bit at a time until incorporated.





Fill cookie press with dough, select cookie plate and press cookies onto cookie sheet.





Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles if you like.



Bake at 350F for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are set and firm. Let cool 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Continue until dough is gone.



These baked cookies freeze well. You can also dip cookies halfway into chocolate and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
